How Does it Work?
Step 1: Identify the service(s) right for you and your budget and fill out the booking form above.
If you're redeeming a gift voucher, you can also fill in the booking form to arrange a suitable date for your consultation.

Once you have decided what you want, simply fill out the booking form above to organise an appointment for your consultation or makeover session. Then go straight to step 3!

Step 2: Confirmation Details & Preparation
Once I have received your message via our BOOKING FORM, ENQUIRY FORM OR GIFT VOUCHER FORM, or have spoken to you and decided on an appointment date, you can then make your payment online, after which I will send confirmation details (along with any other relevant details) via email.
At least 7 days before your appointment, you will be required to have your completed pre-profiling form and where possible a recent full length photo and headshot – enabling me to craft a session to suit your needs. Completing this form will also help you identify everything you need advice on and get you to really consider what you want to achieve in your session, ensuring you ultimately get the most out of your time with us. Finally, enjoy our sessions filled with fun, lost of practical information and a totally relaxed atmosphere!
Step 3: Payments
To fully reserve your booking, you are required to pay the required amount in full at least 7 days prior to your appointment to secure your booking. For those ordering gift vouchers, payment must be made in full, only until then can I confirm your request and post your gift voucher.
Please note that all payments online are secure and are handled by paypal, although you do not need a paypal account to purchase any of our makeover sessions. Once you have made your payment, I will send you confirmation via email (within 24 hours) and a gift voucher will be posted (if requested).
* I offer refunds for cancellations within 14 days of booking, after that, reschedule only.
* I do not offer refunds for appointments cancelled within 24 hours, even if booked within the last 14 days.
* I am more than happy to reschedule cancellations only once, after which no refund will be provided.
Step 4: Day of Consultation or Package
On the day of your consultation, please come dressed casually and wearing minimal make-up. Consultations will normally take place in Glasgow (address details below) unless otherwise agreed. Personal Shopping takes place in Glasgow City Centre.
My home studio address for consultations is as follows:

Driving is easiest as there is parking in the driveway.
* Note for Clients: Google maps or Sat Nav may take you to the back of the house ( Bowling Green road). Please avoid this road and ensure that you come go to the Crosshill Crescent entrance (Off Crosshill Road).
If you have never been to Stratheven, its a small, beautiful market town near Hamilton, Eastkilbride and Larkhall. It has plenty of lovely boutiques, coffee shops, resturants and various festivals throughout the year. Why not make a day of your consultation and visit the unique town of Strathhaven?
